We use NEMX as an Exchange add-on for attachment, content, subject, originator, etc filtering... plus MAPS filtering.. www.nemx.com
Unfortunately it can take a chunk of processor power on a small server... depending on the number of rules. I look forward to replacing our PII350 next month.
