Customer added a second Exch 5.5 (SP4) server into his site and moved some mailboxes from the other one. Then he relocated the second server, since which any attempts to run the Administrator program have resulted in the subject error message with the error code of all zeroes. The error is exactly defined in Q193567, which is the only resource I can find that does define it so. However, the resolution does not work. The only thing I can think of is that something has been corrupted somehow but did not become apparent until the machine was re-booted.
Does anyone have any ideas? The customer is thinking of moving the mailboxes back (1000 of them!) and completely rebuilding the new server!
