If you use Contacts, even from a public folder, each individual user
will need to create the same Distribution List. If you enter the external
users as Custom Recipients, then all users will be able to use the same
distribution list, and the administrator will only have to update a changed
address once.
Making the public folder a member of the distribution list will not
do what you want.

I tried with the contacts already, because we have the contacts already
sitting in a public folder, but that didn't do the job.
I made a distributionlist and then said to the public folder that it has to
be a member of the distributionlist;
Is this correct ?

How do I do this , for the moment I can create members with mailboxes in our
domain like user1@compagnyA <mailto:user1@compagnyA> , have others
distributionlists as a member and recepients as well. I didn't find any
information on it, but perhaps I looked in the wrong direction. Can someone
help me ???
