Sure, that make goods sense to me but I keep hearing about "lockup" and that Exchange will fail to run. I guess what I don't understand is how this would happen? If there is no password lockout set, what is the problem? Right?

Look at it this way; it's a great way for you to document all the non-Exchange and non-authorized uses of that account.
