Anyone know how to fix this. I am running Exchange Server 5.5 sp4 on NT 4.0 sp 6.a. If you go to the sent items folder in OWA, the default view shows who the message is from. It would make more sense to show who the message was sent to. I could use the view control at the top and select sent to but now the messages are sorted alphabetically. Seems like a minor problem but it generates a lot of calls to the help desk. Most people expect it to act the same as Outlook (sorted by date with sent to)

When he came in to work in the morning he couldnt find the msg in his sent items folder from outlook 2000. My question is there a way to find this message? I looked in his sent items in both programs OWA nad Outlook 2000 and didnt find it. I also didnt see it in queue is there a way to find this message or any errors to why it is not there.
