With a name like #1 it would be easy to misaddress mail to that list. I constantly get mail in the 1S conference room account (but I auto-delete it now) because someone typed something goofy on the CC line and it resolved to that resource account. To avoid such transgressions in the future perhaps you want to take a closer look at your naming convention for DLs.
