Maybe they're trying to send me an *.exe file.  Or *.vbs.  Or *.com or
*.cmd or *.js or *.wsh or or or or or any of that other stuff that my
users aren't going to receive until they present a business case.

I have a handful of users that when sending messages with an attachment
to a group of users, a few of the users are not recieving the
attachment.
