Ok I have updated the form, and I published it, yet when I goto Open the form again to see the changes that I have made, it reverts back to the old config. What happened to my update.

In this form the boxes are not sunken but they have a black border around them, I have tried for the life of me to duplicate this, but cannot can someone lead me in the correct direction here also.
