Ohhhh so glad to see this. I ahm having the exact same issue. Except I have users using both OLK 98 & 2K. Is the issue resolved when a user connects on a "unclick" mail item in Outlook? Does hitting Send/Receive numerous times have no effect? Is this the case for both outbound and inbound mail?
