Why bother with web-based?

>From any machine who's IP address is not an allowed relayer in IMS
Properties:
telnet <ip of server) 25
HELO <your machine name>
MAIL FROM:<some real external address, like hotmail>
RCPT TO:<an address outside your organization you have access to>
DATA
blah-blah-blah, yadda-yadda
. (that's a period on a line by itself)

Check both the MAIL and RCPT address to see if the message relayed or it
bounced. Mission accomplished.
