Ugh - that reminds me. My last trip to Germany, we went to an Australian restaurant. We had alligator. I wasn't too fond of it. Kinda chewy compared to either chicken or steak. BTW - we also had Ostrich and Emu - both of those were rather good. AND - the alligator did in fact taste like chicken.....
