You could do a directory export to capture all the current SMTP addressed.
Go to the Configuration container and select the properties for the  Site Addressing.
Change the SMTP address to [EMAIL PROTECTED] This will start a process to 
update all SMTP addresses to this new format.
You could then merge the old addresses in a csv file and append them to the new ones.

Hi,

I really looked in the archive to find this.  My school just 
decided to change it's name.  At this time they want to make 
two major changes:

 1. Change the email address from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to 
 [EMAIL PROTECTED]
 2. Add an alias for everyone - [EMAIL PROTECTED]

 We have about 1500 users so it'll be tough to do this 
 manually.  I've added the new address to IMS routing and 
 that's working.  What is the best way to accomplish both these tasks.
