A dig on tripathimaging.com shows a default TTL of 24 hours, so it would take no more than that.
I'd ask them to crank the TTL down on your stuff to an hour NOW. Then by the time they change the records, it will take no more than one hour for all caching hosts to update. The "one hour" is what I crank mine down to, when I foresee a change in DNS hosting coming down the pipe. Sometimes even 15 minutes, believe it or not. You may be happy with 6 or 12 or 24 hours; but the point is that a one hour TTL won't matter on a domain like tripathimaging.com; there aren't that many records.
