Generally? No... Unless it is also a DC in which case there's that LDAP port
conflict thing. However it does possibly effect the DC which users use when
their clients logging on.

Sometime before 04.

Which? Installing the ADC? Depends on how it is configured. I'd allow
sufficient time between the installation of the ADC and any plans to upgrade
to E2K to make sure the bugs are worked out... If any.

Didn't effect my Exchange servers, but YMMV. Don't forget to make sure your
backup software and such is W2K compatibile. And test it in a lab first...
Even if your lab is two workstations you steal from marketing.
