Strange but I'm not seeing the "Delivery Options" section in ADUC ?!?

This is what worked on my test account:

1)  Created testuser

2)  Assigned email address of [EMAIL PROTECTED]

3)  Right-click on user > Exchange Tasks > Establish email address > alias is 
testuser2 > external email address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] (note: changing this later 
under "Exchange General" automatically populates the address entered into the "Email 
Addresses" Tab., but it's not populated initially)

4)  Added smtp address for [EMAIL PROTECTED]

5)  Entered into Exchange System Manager > Global Settings > Internet Message Formats 
> Properties on Default > Advanced > Check "Allow Automatic Forwarding"

6) Test sending from Exchange and from external accounts.  Everything works.

I did the following and it didn't work...:

1) created [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        <This is the mailbox that you want to appear in the GAL, correct?

2) created a mailbox with custom recipient of [EMAIL PROTECTED]

3) went into the email addresses tab and entered an smtp address of
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
        <No.  Put the email addresses back to what they were.  Instead, go
to Delivery Options of the [EMAIL PROTECTED]  Enter the name of the
contact created in step#1 in the Forward To option>






I tried to send a message from exchange and got this answer:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      testuser on 1/16/2002 3:48 PM
            The message was undeliverable because the recipient specified
has changed address permanently and forwarding was not applicable

I'd like the global address list to show [EMAIL PROTECTED] , but
quietly in the background forward all mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

What did I do wrong?
