Subject: Forward to an external pop account

Hi All,

I'm trying to figure out how to do the following:

All mail sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED] forwards to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

What's the best way to do this. I want all mail sent from the outside world
and internally to go to the outside pop account.

Thanks in Advance,
Fred
