I am running Exchange 2000 SP1 using Outlook 2000 and 2002 clients. When I open the GAL and look under the properties of a user I see all their phone, organization, etc info. If I go to Phone/Notes there is filed for Business 2. Where in the world do I enter that info? I can't find it anywhere in the properties of the user.
