Not all properties are exposed in the Active Directory users and
Computers tool.  Alternate ways of entering attributes, all of which are
potentially dangerous, are the ADSI Edit snap-in, the LDP tool, and a VB
Script you write or have written.  There may be third-party tools to aid
administrtation that expose this attribute as well.

I am running Exchange 2000 SP1 using Outlook 2000 and 2002 clients. When
I open the GAL and look under the properties of a user I see all their
phone, organization, etc info. If I go to Phone/Notes there is filed for
Business 2. Where in the world do I enter that info?  I can't find it
anywhere in the properties of the user.

I know it's a trivial question, but it would be useful to have all the
info in the GAL
