Hello, One of our developers, subscribes to many many mailing lists, and he refers to these e-mails quite extensively. Therefore, he rarely auto-archives his messages, and he has 7 .pst files each one being 1.5 gigs in size.
I want to get him into our main Exchange 2000 server - as he is an integral part of our team. He needs to have all the collaboration support - in addition to having the ability to travel around the United States using either OWA or Outlook 2000 riding on top of our VPN we just created. Now what to do with all those crazy .pst files ... because he still needs access to them when working remotely. Also, as new mail continues to come in from these lists, those files need to continually grow. I honestly don't see much choice here, than to bring them right into the main Message Store, and keep each mailing list under a separate folder - but I could be wrong... Could anybody interject some further ideas regarding this subject? Thanks, Mike _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
