That's how I do it (though I'm sure I don't have nearly that much content) - keep each of my mailing lists in separate folders (and let the Rules Wizard move them automatically).
For remote use I have .OST files for those times that I don't have convenient remote connectivity. Aloha, -Ben- Ben M.
