Outlook2000 in C/W mode does not easily allow for multiple identities. You
are basically stuck with a single reply address.
You can:
-have multiple profiles to multiple mailboxes.
-change the reply address in Exchange admin each time
-run Outlook Express concurrent with Outlook for the other accounts
-upgrade to Outlook2002 (Outlook2002 handles this much better I believe).

Subject: Multiple Identities

Hello,

What is the easiest way to have multiple identities, when
composing new e-mail messages - and have them come from a
specific address. When using Outlook 2000 for Internet
only, it's not too bad - you just have multiple accounts
setup - then before sending the e-mail, you select which
identity you want before you send the message.

I know receiving e-mails is a piece of cake - you just add
an SMTP address for each domain you want to support. Then
is all gets routed to that person's singular mailbox.

BUT, sending mail is a little different correct, when using
Outlook 2000 with only the Exchange option (and no Internet
support)?

Could you all shed come light on this subject?

Thanks,

Mike
