Please help. I have tried reinstall, /cleanprofile, registry hacks for rpc, adding Exchange server to hosts file all to no avail. Our Exchange servers are handled by a separate group, I am looking at this from a client perspective. All users are on different servers which leads me to believe this is probaably not a server issue. Symptoms: Message arrives in inbox. Preview pane goes gray. Attempt to open message displays dialog "Message cannot be opened". Mail continues to arrive. All messages above offending message generate "Message cannot be opened". Message below offending message can be opened. Eventually OL will stop responding. End Task resumes normal behaviour when Outlook is launched again. Please help.
