Ok Tom, when you remove your face from the monitor and manage to sit yourself back down, count up how much time you save by pressing your imaginary "toggle" button as opposed to right clicking and selecting options on a message. I guess it gives you so much more time to do stuff am I right. If you want it stop writing 5 line replies and use the time to write yourself some code and design a custom custom form with your "toggle" button on. Anyone who has as much experience with UNIX mailers as you shouldn't have a problem.
I am not disagreeing that it would be a good idea, I just cannot see what heartache a single click and press is? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Tom Meunier Sent: 25 January 2002 21:22 To: Exchange Discussions Subject: RE: View Internet Headers Wanting to quickly view Internet headers is a behavioral problem? Puhleez. It's a feature that should be available by toggle. They have a toggle on the preview pane for "header information", after all, don't they? They give me all this RTF and HTML and vCard and background stationery crap, and I have a behavioral problem if I want a basic feature that has been available in every mail client since ELM? Get off it. What's next? Forcing you to send to only people listed in the address book, and if you want a one-time shot to [EMAIL PROTECTED] you have to go put him into contacts before you can send it? Same thing, in my eyes. > -----Original Message----- > From: Gary Aiston [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Posted At: Friday, January 25, 2002 03:15 PM > Posted To: MSExchange Mailing List > Conversation: View Internet Headers > Subject: RE: View Internet Headers > > > Someone once said... > > "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral > problems." > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of fred > Sent: 25 January 2002 21:10 > To: Exchange Discussions > Subject: View Internet Headers > > > Anyone know how I can view the internet header in a message > without having > to go to view options, in any version of outlook? > Thanks > _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
