It seems likely that you'd have been spared so much wit had you just said
this to begin with.  It's easier to give intelligent ansewrs to questions
when we have the complete picture.

Now I will offer you what is probably not an intelligent answer - and that
is that you're probably going to be better off using a client other than
Outlook to check the headers. Can you POP3 into the mailbox server with
Outlook Express or Eudora or something?
