My internet mail relay server ran out of disk space and the MTA shutdown this morning. After investigating, I found a file in the C:\exchsrvr\imcdata\in called DK2sqvw7 that is 2.86GB dated for yesterday at 2:24PM. I moved some files off the drive and was able to restart the MTA and mail was still flowing. I later checked to see how disk space was doing and found that the DK2sqvw7 files was gone and my server had gain the 2.86GB of space back. Does anyone know what causes this or what happened here?
