It's an inbound message awaiting conversion. If you don't want it to happen again, you'll need some limits on your IMS. The MTA shut down because of the lack of disk space (I am assuming that you have all of the paths still on the one drive).

I moved some files off the drive and was able to restart the MTA and mail was still flowing. I later checked to see how disk space was doing and found that the DK2sqvw7 files was gone and my server had gain the 2.86GB of space back. Does anyone know what causes this or what happened here?
