Have you ever got this error message? (Outlook 98) If we try twice the same message in a mailbox, the attachment opens. It seems Exchange (5.5 SP4 - NT 4 SP6a) lost the pointer to the attachments.
The same happens doing bricklevel backup. Arcserve stops the backup job. After forcing reading a mailbox using the Outlook 98 client the backup proceeds to the next mailbox until it finds another error.
