The fix may be to increase OpenRetryDelay as detailed here:

  http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q264/7/31.ASP

We use 0x800 as our value.

It's also worth hounding NAI for hotfix 7 for Groupshield 4.5 too
and applying it.  It fixes some rather major bugs.
