Andy, I thought you had to do a reghack to be able to recover items that were deleted from folders other than Deleted Items. At least, that's what I had to do and I use O2K.

As long as you have at least version 8.03 of Outlook and are have set up your Exchange Server correctly, you should have the choice on the toolbar to Recover Deleted Items from the Deleted Items folder.
