Ok, please be patient with me. I feel this question is going to be pretty basic, but I'm going to ask it anyway. On my W2k Exchange 2k server I get a message in the security log that looks like this
The logon to account: EXMAIL$ by: MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0 from workstation: EXMAIL failed. The error code was: 3221225572 It is under Event 681 and the code is "misspelled or bad password." The thing I don't get is that the workstation name is not on my network it is from the outside.
