Yes. Under the Exchanged Advanced tab. The only way to get any other users to see the shared calendars, etc. is to tick Full mailbox access. Ant other combo does not allow users to see shared folders regardless of the permissions set. But when this is done, yes the folders become visible but the users have full rights.
