Are you running the import routine for Outlook that gives you this result. Does his current settings on Eudora keep a copy of emails on the server? If not make it so. This way he can use Outllok then. Best is to get him off of Eudora. It's cute but isn't made to integrate with all of the MS features. ei GAL etc.
