That's OK. Here in Cleveland, OH a company is looking for a Exchange Admin guy with 20K user experience. The position is for doing 5.5 admin. work while they plan/test 2K. They want local candidates only. It's been 3+ weeks and nobody has met they qualifications. I can't count on one hand how may companies based in Cleveland have 20,000 users let only using Exchange. You can have all of the other items on there list but no 20K experience no job.
