NO, I didn't add any scripts when I did this. In E2K, running Outlook 2K, as long as I can setup a room as a "resource" then that mailbox automatically accepts or declines apopointments based on what has/hasn't already been scheduled for that room.

I think Bob's referring to using the Outlook autoaccept functionality which, IIRC works under 5.5 as well. So, not sure it's a compelling reason to upgrade.
