That was sent because the virus maker made up the email address from MS.
When your system tried to warn the sender by using the "reply-to" address,
it failed because the address was fake... but of course your system didn't
know that so it sent it to where the MX record for MS.COM told it to send
it. The MS email servers rejected it as a bum address.
