Hierarchy or Flat Global Address List Hello, Most Exchange 5.5 implementations I've seen have this flat Global Address List, but today I've been asked for eliminating a hierarchy (you know Finance then Accounting, etc) in this Global Address List, therefore leaving it flat.
For my surprise it can't be done clicking and dragging, so my questions are: 1. what are the difference between having flat or with a hierarchy? pros and cons, and 2. the most important how can I delete all this hierarchy and leave it flat?
