Then move 7, then dismount the other one.  It takes about two minutes.
But that still doesn't meet the requirement of having all the mailboxes
available to process mail.

You could push a hosts file to them in their login script that points
the email server name to 127.0.0.1, then delete the hosts file via login
script when you're done doing your maintenance.

Your Outlook still has that bug where it's marking things as urgent, by
the way.
