1. Is the user with the issue on a different Exchange Mailbox server then the one you referenced? 2. Was the user, with the issue, on an Exchange Server that was upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000?

I did a find in AD but only found one account. This is a E2K SP2 server with AD on a different server. Single domain environment. One thing is it appears that when users select this user from the GAL it works. Any ideas?
