Unfortunately it did not work. I think at this point deleting the mailbox and recreating is best. I did have to change the recipient Update service from 1 server to another when a DC crashed but is there any way to check if it is working properly? Or how can I search for the field where the two accounts are listed? Where are the users getting my old account from, is there anyway to update this? - John Q Jr.
