Well, I confirmed it and yes he did make sure they have different names.
Any other ideas...? $200.00 is a little expensive to spend on a client
problem.

To be clear, he recreated the profile and named it something completely
different from what it was before (this being the important part) and the
Exchange server is running the latest service pack? If both of the above are
true, he needs to call PSS.
