no, im not doing a BLB, im doing a full on-line backup every night. Sounds like you are doing individual mailbox backups (Brick Level Backups). If this is what you are doing, how would you expect the software to see mailboxes that are hidden? They are hidden, thus not visible. We use ArcserveIT 6.61EE to backup our Exchange server...I did a restore of our IS for a disaster recovery test and noticed that when I went to look at the hidden recipients...none of the ones that I have now showed up. I've got my recovery exchange box setup as a new site, same org. name and site domain but different server name. Curious if anyone else using this product get the same thing?
