Until about the past six to eight months I'd had great experience with them, both desktops and servers. But more recently I've experienced lots of problems, due to both substandard equipment and crappy tech support. After a major foulup with a delivery of four Dimensions[1] for one of my clients, I have sworn off 'em until they clean up their act. I'd be interested to know, for those who are still happy with Dell - have you called their sales or tech reps in the last 6 months?
