Mike, even if you arent using ost's (i.e. you havent manually created them), if you are caching the calendar, it will automatically create an ost for you. I have loads of users that when try to schedule them into a meeting starting May 1st they have no meetings showing up, even though there are meetings. The free/busy publishing option is 4 months on most of these. What has happened???? Please advise.
