I have seen that problem with a ghosted copy of win2k/outlook2k. I used sysprep so I could enter a new serial number on the copied machine and everything worked except outlook. I found an MSKB article that said to uninstal/reinstall tcpip and that fixed outlook. The tcpip seemed to work OK for IE and other IP stuff.

So we did a Windows 2000 repair and it fixed the following problems, but now Outlook 98 will not work. Un-installing and re-installing Outlook did not help, it will not resolve the name to the Exchange server. I did make a ERU disk and saved the registry. Any suggestions besides re-formatting?
