Some people may have other reasons but for me I think
%userprofile%\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\NTBackup\data\ is a
stupid
place for a backup log file which is more of a "system type" item like
smtp
virtual server logs, IIS access logs etc and is not at all a
"userprofile
type" item such as desktop wallpaper. I managed to direct smtp logs,
IIS
logs etc all to the same folder so I can quickly access them and thanks
to
Tom's answer I can now put the backup logs in the same place.
It just seems that on a Server Product like Win2k Server, backup should
be a
system function.
