Dennis, Open up your POP3 or IMAP on your firewalls, and let him do it that way! as far as I know you cannot schedule the send and recieve for a MAPI account as you have a session to the server and are battering UDP requests around! The alternate would be to buy your CEO a copy of "Sending E-mails for Dummy's"!!
