If yours is a small organization - you can use Outlook forms/folder rules/etc to achieve something like what you are requesting. The Ms Press book "Building Applications with Outlook" explains how and gives examples, but - you will wind up constantly troubleshooting "user errors". Get the real CRM software if you can to avoid headache. Jerzy
