thx...Yeh I am trying to avoid adding more software which. 1.) The users wont learn (since they really don't know how to use OL... 80/20 rule) 2.) avoid multiple places for the users to have to go too..i.e. OL, CRM, Inhouse app...etc...

The Ms Press book "Building Applications with Outlook" explains how and gives examples, but - you will wind up constantly troubleshooting "user errors".
