thx...Yeh I am trying to avoid adding more software which.
1.) The users wont learn (since they really don't know how to use OL...
80/20 rule)
2.) avoid multiple places for the users to have to go too..i.e. OL, CRM,
Inhouse app...etc...

really the request is from management to be able to some how
"share"/centralize contact info.

any more ideas?

thx
bill

If yours is a small organization - you can use Outlook forms/folder
rules/etc to achieve something like what you are requesting. The Ms Press
book "Building Applications with Outlook" explains how and gives examples,
but - you will wind up constantly troubleshooting "user errors". Get the
real CRM software if you can to avoid headache.

Can anybody give me some hints/guides/recommendations as to
increasing the ability of OL/Exchange to be more of a CRM software
say like a ACT or Goldmine..etc..

thx
