nt4, sp6a exch 5.5 sp4 some users receives e-mails (plain text) from outside sources and only see 3/4 of the message, while some users (on other servers, different sites) see the whole message. The only difference that I could tell is that the users who see the whole message have WESTERN EUROPEAN - ISO in the "tools/options/mail format/international options" and the ones who see only part of the message have WESTERN EUROPEAN - WINDOWS.
I can not change the character sets in the "Internet Mail Service Connector" to "western european - windows", it is not listed!!
