Serdar,
If I read the FAQ and corresponding "Q" article correctly, this only applies
to mailbox permissions, correct?
=================
3.46 Q: I added/changed/renamed the primary NT account of a mailbox but
it still doesn't work?
3.58 Q: When I change permissions/accounts/owners on a mailbox it does not
take immediate affect.
A: Q179065 XADM: Changes to Primary Windows NT Account Do Not Take
Effect. Evidence suggests that setting this to 1 minute has little negative
effect.
XADM: Changes to Primary Windows NT Account on Mailbox Do Not Take Effect
(Q179065)
The information store caches information contained in the directory
store and, by default, it re-reads it every 120 minutes. Therefore, any
change to a directory object (for example, a primary Windows NT account
change) is not reflected in the information store for two hours.
==================
I have made this change to our exchange system (5.5, SP4 w/Win2k, SP2), but
while changes to mailboxes are replicated very quickly, changes to the
Exchange Org/Site itself (permissions/settings) still look to be taking 2
hours to replicate.
Ex5.5, SP4 / Win2k, SP2
Suggestions?
TIA,
Jim Blunt

You gotta wait 2 hours for the permissions to update. If you don't want to
wait read the FAQ to find out what you need to do.
